Spring Training
HCPF will be holding training for our Hospital Discounted Care providers in May and June on Income Documents & Calculation Examples, Screening & Decline Screening Forms, and the Data Reporting Template. As always, a Question and Answer session will be held after those training sessions that will review all questions asked during those seven sessions. A recording of each training will be uploaded to Hospital Discounted Care website for providers to reference throughout the year. In addition, after taking into consideration feedback we have received from Stakeholders, the Hospital Data Template has been slightly revised, which is posted on the website under the "Hospital Data Reporting" dropdown. Sample Determination Notices
After requests from Stakeholders, HCPF has created sample Determination Notices for Eligible and Ineligible patients that apply for financial assistance under Hospital Discounted Care/CICP. If you have any questions, please send them to hcpf_HospDiscountCare@state.co.us.
Professionals and Professional Groups
The Box Access Request for Professionals and Professional Groups form is now available on the Hospital Discounted Care website under the Professional Data Reporting section. Please fill out the form to request an upload link to Box. Box is a Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) set up by the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) team. The Box link will be used to upload professional’s/professional group's completed Professional Data Reporting Template.
