Data Reporting - Due September 2
This is a reminder that data reporting for Hospital Discounted Care is due annually to HCPF by September 1. With Labor Day falling on September 1 this year, the due date for data reporting has been moved to September 2.
The data templates are available on the Hospital Discounted Care website. If you are reporting data for a Hospital or System please use the Hospital Data Template, and if you are reporting data as an individual professional or group please use the Professional Data Template.

Annual Training
HCPF will be holding training for our Hospital Discounted Care providers in June on Income Documents & Calculation Examples, Screening & Decline Screening Forms, and the Data Reporting Template. As always, a Question and Answer session will be held after those training sessions that will review all questions asked during those seven sessions. A recording of each training will be uploaded to Hospital Discounted Care website for providers to reference throughout the year. Please register for training using the following links:
