REMINDER: Hospital Quarterly Reporting Due for 2nd Quarter 2025 or Fiscal Year through 2nd Quarter 2025

The Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) would like to remind hospitals that have not submitted their Quarter 2, 2025 (April - June), unaudited Income Statement and Balance Sheet data still have time to submit. Quarterly data was due to be submitted on the Myers & Stauffer Hospital Information System (HIS) Portal by September 30, 2025. The HFT Quarterly Reporting Template is available in our Hospital Financial Transparency webpage under Reporting Tools.

As a reminder: hospitals whose fiscal year ends (FYE) during the reporting quarter (FYE June) do not need to submit second quarter information. However, they will need to submit an annual template and other reporting data by November 1, 2025.

Additionally, hospitals may submit internally completed Income Statement and Balance Sheet information prepared for the hospital leadership, Boards, or bond compliance instead of the provided template. Hospital Systems may also provide consolidated Income Statement and Balance Sheets for its hospitals’ quarterly reporting requirements.
