The Hospital Transformation Program (HTP) team is getting prepared and excited to see all of you in person at our state-wide HTP Roadshows. Beginning at the end of February, we will begin training for hospitals participating in HTP. We encourage all hospitals to mark their calendars and plan to attend in-person as many important requirements will be reviewed. Dates and locations are included in this newsletter.

Additionally, we are in the process of updating and finalizing many program documents. These documents will be posted on the HTP website soon, so please keep checking for updates.

Best,

Matt Haynes
Special Finance Projects Manager
