5. The Masterson Method® Beyond Horse Massage Weekend Seminar is the key to a new level of understanding with your horse.

• 12-14 non-therapy horses. Horses and ponies must be in good condition, have good stable manners and be available with a nylon or leather halter and lead. One half of the horses will be worked on Saturday and the remainder will be worked on Sunday. (Horses that are not suitable for use in the seminar include: pregnant mares, stallions, therapy horses, and horses under the supervision of a veterinarian for injury or illness.)
• 6-7 stall spaces, individual pole paddocks or a large covered arena.
• A demonstration area – it can be a covered arena or a stall, no smaller than 12×12, preferably enclosed on two or three sides such as a wash stall, large aisle or grooming stall.
• Lunch area – a room or an area in the barn big enough for people to sit and eat lunch.
• 12-14 chairs– one chair per person (or hay bales to sit on for students during the demonstrations)
• If needed, be willing to pick up our instructor at the airport and deliver them back to the airport after the seminar.
• Help spread the word to potential attendees – Masterson Method confirms a seminar after the minimum number of students have registered. Seminars typically take around 4 months to fill.
