The American Job Center is OPEN

The CT Department of Labor is pleased to provide a full complement of services at the Regional American Job Centers (AJCs). We now offer remote/virtual, phone, and in-person services to individuals by appointment and on a walk-in basis.

The number of people in each AJC will be limited to allow for social distancing protocols. An appropriate face-covering mask must be worn by staff and visitors inside the facility. Per the CT Department of Public Health, “An appropriate face-covering mask is one that includes multiple layers of tightly woven (or melt-blown) material, is worn directly on the face, completely covers the nose and mouth, and fits closely without significant gaps between the mask and face.” Appointments are recommended to ensure timely service. Walk-ins will be served based upon availability.
