Hot lunch policies
Cancellations and changes: To change or cancel an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org by 8am on Wednesday for the following week’s lunches. We are unable to issue a credit for lunches cancelled after this time.
Cutlery: Due to Covid, and the closure of the dining hall to students, we are no longer able to supply our stainless cutlery. Please send your child to school with their own set to use in class. Compostable sets are available for purchase in advance, when you place your child’s lunch order. Classrooms and the school will not have cutlery available for students so please ensure to plan accordingly.
Absences: If your child will not be going to school, and you would like to pick up their scheduled lunch, please email email@example.com with your child’s name and class, before 8am. Their lunch will be available for pick up from 11:15-2:35, from the side gate at the VTT long driveway. After 8am we are in the kitchen preparing lunches and are not able to monitor the hot lunch email.
