Welcome to my May email newsletter!

The housing market in Toronto certainly turned around in April!! Sales in the 416 were up by 16.8% compared with last April and detached houses saw the biggest jump with sales being up by almost 21% compared to last year. Scroll down way down to see the TREB news report.

Below, I have featured two great properties currently on the market: a sun-soaked one bedroom at Radio City with lake views and a two-bedroom multi-level suite in the heart of the city at Gerrard and Church Street. Also below, I've got the city's best events for May and my latest blog on proposed changes to the real estate regulations - the banning of bully offers. Take a peek!

As always, I thank you for your past and future business and any referrals you may have are greatly appreciated.

Should Bully Offers Be Banned?
If you’ve been following real estate news (or reading my blog!), you know that the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) is asking the province to revisit the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, a piece of legislation that regulates the industry, including how many hours of study are required for a real estate licence as well as best practices.
