Potato Blues
This week's freshly dug potato is the Adirondack Blue potato. It is round to oblong but can be slightly flat. It seems to be more purple than blue though! It is moist and flavorful. It is superb for mashing or salads and is a favorite in taste tests. The "blue" flesh color holds well, especially when roasted and it is very high in antioxidants.

My Sweet Oats has the healing soothing properties of oatmeal and calendula petals. My Honey Rosemilk soap is made with buttermilk, honey and natural beeswax. All these sealing ingredients hold in moisture and keep skin from drying out. My Shea Butter Body Butter is unscented and good for any dry area from head to toe.
