Greetings!

As we present the October 2019 issue of the Hot SHEET newsletter, we are saddened to inform you of the passing of Dr. Gerald Chodak . You may be most familiar with him as author of The Bottom Line, his monthly column in the Hot SHEET. In addition to volunteering his expertise as newsletter columnist and Us TOO medical reviewer, he was part of the fabric of this organization. Dr. Chodak was a renowned urologist who formed the first prostate cancer support group 30 years ago, which became the impetus for establishing Us TOO International as a 501c3 nonprofit. He made a positive difference in the lives of many and he will be greatly missed. We extend our sincere condolences to his family and friends.

We’d like to thank everyone who helped to make the 15th Annual SEA Blue Chicago Prostate Cancer Walk and Run a huge success. More than 1,000 people gathered in Lincoln Park on September 15 to raise awareness for prostate cancer and funds to help Us TOO provide Support, Education, and Advocacy for the prostate cancer community at no charge. The  SEA Blue website  is accepting donations until October 15.

Free registration is now open for both of the Us TOO Pathways educational events.  Prostate Cancer Pathways is a new, dynamic educational event and webcast series from Us TOO International for men with prostate cancer and their loved ones.
