The Inclusion Connects Advisory Committee (ICAC) is looking for volunteers to help improve services for people with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) in North Carolina. We need community members, individuals with I/DD experience, family members of those receiving I/DD services, and Direct Support Professionals to join our team.
As a volunteer, you'll work with others to review and suggest ways to make I/DD services better across the state. Your input will make a real difference in the lives of people with I/DD. Volunteers serve on the committee for two years. We meet four times a year, with extra meetings as needed. If you're passionate about helping others and want to share your experience or ideas, we encourage you to apply.
