About the Program

Cyber scams targeting attorneys are increasing, and some attorneys have found themselves the victim of fraud involving client trust accounts. Join Heather Rosing and Anne Rudolph for a dynamic discussion designed to assist attorneys with recognizing cyber scams, protecting themselves and their client trust accounts from fraud, and an overview of the applicable ethics rules.

This program is presented by the Trust and Estates Law section, co-chaired by Jacqueline Yu and Courtney Patton. The section is sponsored by The Sanborn Team, Bond Services of California, Liberty Mutual, California Title Company, and Pickford Escrow Company. Find out more at www.bhba.org.
