ASSOCIATE & AFFILIATE MEMBER HIGHLIGHT

North Central West Virginia Home Builders Association (NCWVHBA)

Strong businesses are built on more than products and services—they’re built on people, partnerships, and trust. That’s exactly what this spotlight represents.

🔷 Roch Manchin

Owner | WCO Flooring America / Wholesale Carpet Outlet

🔶 Amy Warnick-West

Affiliate Member | Industry Professional

Together, Roch and Amy represent the backbone of the building industry—where quality craftsmanship meets knowledgeable guidance.

Roch Manchin continues a proud family legacy that spans generations. From its beginnings in the late 1940s with Manchin’s Furniture, to rebuilding after a devastating fire in 1968, the business evolved into what is now Wholesale Carpet Outlet (WCO)—a trusted name in flooring throughout North Central West Virginia.

With three locations in Fairmont (White Hall), Morgantown, and Bridgeport—now offering cabinetry alongside flooring—Roch has built a business grounded in quality, service, and long-standing community relationships.

Alongside that legacy, Amy Warnick-West brings a relationship-driven, consultative approach that truly elevates the customer experience. With more than 30 years of involvement in NCWVHBA, Amy states that she is a salesperson, not an order taker, and she likes helping her customers on their projects, no matter how big or small they may be. She has built her reputation on helping customers navigate their projects with confidence—never guessing, always finding the right answers. She understands that success in this industry isn’t just about making a sale—it’s about guiding, educating, and building trust.

🤝 THE POWER OF PARTNERSHIP

Roch and Amy’s stories highlight what makes NCWVHBA strong:

✔ Experience rooted in tradition

✔ Commitment to customer success

✔ Active involvement in the industry

✔ A shared belief in doing business the right way

From Home Shows to networking events, both understand that visibility, engagement, and collaboration are key to growth.

Amy’s perspective says it best:

👉 If you don’t know the answer—don’t guess. Find the right one.

And Roch’s legacy proves that when you combine that mindset with quality and service, you build something that lasts.
