The dog days of summer are here and it is H-O-T. However, I know that with school starting in just a few weeks, the cooler weather is just around the corner.
We have been working through this sticky weather to get the campus into tip-top shape for the return of our faculty, staff, and students. The Visual Arts program will be returning to campus into the newly renovated Farnum Hall. There is a new disc golf course, sand volleyball court, and bicycle station outfitted with 4 cruiser bikes that can help keep us moving. New signage, furniture, and décor lend a bright and cheerful message to everyone as they walk in the buildings. We are so excited to welcome everyone back.
As we start hosing on-campus events, we hope to see our alumni and community supporters back on campus as well. We have missed you and want you to see all great things we have been working on since you were last here.
Enjoy these last few weeks of summer and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Lynx Golf; Tuesday, Aug. 24, at Loudon Country Club – Join us for a 3 p.m. shotgun start and 9 holes to benefit our student athletes.

NHTI/NEDD 5K Road Race; Friday, Aug. 27 – Laces up at 6 p.m. to benefit the Jen Kemp Memorial Scholarship Fund. Register for this in-person or virtual race here. This event is part of the Capital Area Race Series. Registration deadline is Aug. 25 at 9 a.m.

NHTI High School Programs |
Did you know that NHTI offers high school students a unique opportunity to take supplemental college courses while still in high school? These course credits can then be transferred to a 4-year institution or counted toward their associate degree at NHTI.
In fact, some high school classes mirror courses that NHTI requires for our Liberal Arts associate degree! When these requirements overlap, there’s opportunity to optimize a high school course load to earn credits in NHTI’s Liberal Arts program – this decreases time, saves money, and offers the freedom to explore options without an expensive 4-year college commitment.

NHTI will be hosting the N.H. DHHS mobile vaccine clinic on campus for anyone interested. This is free and you do not need insurance or an appointment.
The clinics are held in C Lot on campus and if raining, they will be held in the Student Center.

BTC's Customized Trainings |
Did you know that NHTI's Business Training Center provides customized trainings? We collaborate with organizations and businesses like yours to assess your training needs and provide high-quality, customized, non-credit, and certificate courses and programs. These trainings can be delivered at NHTI or on site at your place of business. |
