Meet at Bodman Park just off Navesink River Road at 8:00 a.m. Meet at the Clubhouse (Market Street, Middletown). Groups run from 6 to 22 miles mostly on trails through Hartshorne Woods Park & Huber Woods & the surrounding areas with scenic views. There are plenty of hills and it's a perfect run for marathon training. There are water stops & refreshments at the end. There is also the opportunity to walk on Sunday mornings. The distance is six miles & start time is variable.
We need someone to be the point of contact for this long-standing group run and assist with placing & cleaning up refreshments stops. If interested, please contact the club  President

Meet at 6:00 p.m. near Fifth Avenue at Boardwalk. We usually go 4-6 miles on the well lit boardwalk which is a very safe place to run. Occasionally some will extend the run through Sea Girt for 8 miles. We have a steady group comprising all paces & experience levels. Everyone is welcome.
We usually go out to dinner afterward, so bring your appetite as well!

Note - in "winter months" - meet at Bar A on 16th Ave in Lake Como at 6 PM. Just come inside and you will see the group there waiting.

It's a Busy Month of fun!
Don't forget to join us for all the races. You can run or volunteer, we love seeing you (even when you're hot and sweaty!) while you're at it, sign up for the Club Barbecue, the Club Day at the Races and volunteer (if youre not running) for the NYC Marathon.
All that and more is covered in this issue.
