The Village has contracted with Newmark Valuation & Advisory to complete a Hotel Feasibility Study to attract lodging to the Village of Middlefield. Currently, we are circulating the following short survey to businesses to compile the demand generators in our community (and surrounding area) to show the need for lodging ASAP.
