Let's Talk HOC Events

At AAHOA, our members are at the heart of everything we do. As we plan future Hotel Owners Conferences & Trade Shows (HOCs), we want to showcase our member-owned properties by hosting events in your hotels whenever possible. We’re gathering information on properties with at least 10,000 sq. ft. of meeting space that could be a great fit for our future events. If your hotel meets the size requirements, please share your details by September 15. When your location aligns with our plans, our events team will contact your sales team for a formal proposal.

Ambassador Spotlight: Meet Aman Patel

Aman Patel got his start in hospitality from a young age – he grew up around family-owned hotels, gaining hands-on experience in operations before expanding into development, renovations, and new builds. Today, he's the vice president of operations at NashBuilt, Inc., and a North Florida Region Ambassador. In the latest installment of the Ambassador Spotlight series, Aman shares the best advice he's received, the most influential book he's read, and what he loves about being an AAHOA Ambassador.

How to Boost Non-Room Revenue Through Strategic Amenities and Partnerships

Room-based revenues has long been the bread and butter of hotel profitability, but in today's dynamic landscape, it's no longer the whole story. The future of hospitality success lies not just in heads in beds, but in the experiences and services that engage overnight guests and the surrounding community. Check out latest issue of Today's Hotelier to learn how to tap into ancillary revenue streams to future-proof your hotel business model.

North Central Region Hoteliers Connect at Hotel Owners Conference & Trade Show

Thank you to Regional Director Bhavesh N. Patel and his AAHOA Ambassadors for hosting a successful North Central Hotel Owners Conference & Trade Show. The trade show brought together a wide range of vendors and service providers, giving hoteliers the chance to explore offerings, strengthen partnerships, and connect with industry partners.

Before the General Session, members attended Insurance 101, a session highlighting how Club Blue Industry Partner Gauthier Murphy & Houghtaling partners with AAHOA to provide insurance solutions and industry perspectives for hoteliers.
