Last week, Punxsutawney Phil didn't see his shadow.  According to tradition, this means that Spring is near!  The negative temperatures in the Twin Cities this past week have created additional challenges for those experiencing homelessness.  House of Charity's Food Centre welcomes the homeless and hungry in from the cold and nourishes them with a hot meal.  Just 50 cents feeds one person.
