OPWDD Housing Subsidy: Webinar

The OPWDD Housing Subsidy Administrative Directive Memorandum (ADM) 2022-03 was released in March of 2022. The ADM is intended to provide uniform guidance and clarity to tenants and to people who administer the housing subsidy, including provider agencies, Fiscal Intermediaries and Care Managers. The ADM includes updates to eligibility requirements, the application process, and standards for Quality Assurance.

In this updated webinar from the NY Housing Resource Center, Master Housing Navigator Seth Greenman will review various elements of the OPWDD Housing Subsidy in relation to the ADM. The webinar highlights requirements that may be new to tenants and administrators while also noting some areas that need to be addressed further to ensure sustainable housing for people seeking to live more independently.
