Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) 2024-2025

The City of San Bernardino (City) is seeking applications for the 2024-2025 Program Year for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investments Partnerships funds.

Deadline Extended to January 26, 2024, by 3 p.m.

The Outreach and Engagement team continues to work hard by providing outreach services for unhoused individuals, with a wide array of resources such as access to longer-term shelters, rehabilitation programs, and facilitating family reunification, among others.
