RiverView Apartments PUD Approved
Development Breaks Ground in Fall of 2022
|
|
On May 12, 2022, Gallatin County Planning and Zoning unanimously approved the PUD for RiverView Apartments off Highway 64.
BSCHT will build approximately *25 apartments with funding from Resort Tax, philanthropy, and $6.49 million in federal funding. All occupants of these 25 units must meet federal income guidelines and work in Big Sky.
*Lone Mountain Land Company will build 75 units with private funds only. At this time, BSCHT and LMLC do not have waitlists. All RiverView units are rentals only. BSCHT will permanently deed restrict the entire development to prohibit short-term rentals and maintain affordability. At least 20% of LMLC's units will rent to organizations not affiliated with LMLC.
