Building opportunities for sustainable, affordable housing in northern Arizona.

FY 2025: Our Impact, Together

As we reflect on FY 2025, we’re proud to share what’s possible when a community comes together around housing.

Last fiscal year, 285 households accessed—or increased access to—safe, dignified, and affordable housing through Housing Solutions. For the families and individuals we served, that meant different things: moving out of homelessness, finding safety after domestic violence, becoming first-time homeowners, or taking important steps toward homeownership through housing counseling. Behind every number is a real person, a real story, and meaningful progress across Northern Arizona.

We’re deeply grateful to our staff, partners, donors, Board of Directors, and community members whose support makes this work possible. Your commitment helps create stability, opportunity, and long-term housing solutions for our neighbors. We’re proud of what we accomplished together in FY 2025—and excited to continue building a stronger, more stable future in the year ahead.

Watch our below FY 2025 Impact Highlight Video to see how your support is making a difference across Northern Arizona.

GRATITUDE

Honoring a Legacy Through Housing

We are deeply grateful for a generous $30,000 gift made in memory of Sedona community member Connie Mitchell. This meaningful donation will help us expand our inventory of safe, decent, and affordable housing by supporting the acquisition of new rental property—creating lasting stability for local households.

NOVEMBER HIGHLIGHTS

Construction Update

Footers and foundation work are underway on the 11 new Housing Solutions apartments currently under construction. This important milestone brings us one step closer to expanding access to stable, affordable rental housing for more local households. We’ll continue to share updates as construction progresses.

A Smarter Way to Give in Arizona

Your Arizona Charitable Tax Credit donation to Housing Solutions can increase your state tax refund or reduce what you owe—up to $987 for married filers or $495 for individual filers.

Your state tax dollars stay local, supporting safe, stable housing and services for households experiencing homelessness or housing instability across Northern Arizona.

DECEMBER IMPACT

Sharon Manor

Last month, 2 households—two adults and three teens—experiencing homelessness and surviving domestic violence moved into safe, supportive transitional housing at Sharon Manor. They now have access to trauma-informed case management and resources to help them rebuild.

JoJo's Place

Last month, 3 households experiencing homelessness moved into furnished JoJo’s Place studio apartments, where they have access to on-site case management as they work toward permanent housing. We’re grateful to play a foundational role in providing a safe, stable place for new beginnings.

Vouchers for Essentials

2 households from our Sharon Manor transitional housing program used a Sharon's Attic home goods and clothing voucher, allowing them to shop for essential items and furniture at our thrift store. Thank you for donating your gently used furniture and household goods - it makes a difference!

Flagstaff Rentals and Oak Wash Homes

Last month, 55 households remained stably housed through our rental programs—25 low-income families in Flagstaff homes and condos, and 31 formerly homeless households at Oak Wash Homes in Cottonwood.

First Time Homebuyers

Last month, 5 Northern Arizona households became first-time homebuyers with downpayment assistance through our pre-purchase program—two closing just days before Christmas. We’re honored to support families as they put down roots and build lasting stability in our community.
