Apple announced a comprehensive $2.5 billion plan in November 2019 to help address the housing availability and affordability crisis in California. 

Today, we are happy to announce the launch of the Apple Affordable Housing Fund - a $150 million fund intended to make loans to qualified developers to help accelerate affordable housing throughout the Bay Area. 

Developers are encouraged to learn more information about the fund and review the threshold and preference criteria before submitting proposals.
