Trump Un Summit

President Trump is scheduled to meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un today in Vietnam in hope of brokering a deal to move North Korea away from nuclear weapons.

Trump wishes to score a deal to make up for his troubles at home, and Un hopes to ease sanctions and improve his economy. Trump sounds optimistic and said that both leader “fell in love with each other.” Whatever it is and before any kisses, we hope that a deal is reached to minimize nuclear weapons and bring relief to the North Koreans. Home prices continue to go up while sales have slowed down some in the overall market. Prices have gone up by about 2.8% overall as a courtesy of the high demand and low inventory.

In the Dearborn area, prices have gone up 7% and they are expected to continue rising in 2019. However, more homes on the market are expected this year which could make it easier to purchase a home.
