Section 4. Confidentiality
All aspects of the membership selection process, including but not limited to nominations, meetings, deliberations, evaluations, discussions, votes, and any related communications, shall be strictly confidential. No member shall disclose any information relating to the selection process to any non-member or to any candidate, whether selected or not. This duty of strict confidentiality is ongoing and survives the conclusion of the selection process. Any violation of this provision may result in disciplinary action by the Executive Committee, including suspension or expulsion from this Chapter and the organization.
