Message from the President

As we continue to find new ways to feel a sense of community during difficult times, we want to invite you to join us for our upcoming evening speaker meeting on Thursday, October 1st, where Dr. Penelope Frohlich will be speaking on the treatment of low sexual desire at 7:30 pm. We will be using Zoom Meeting (rather than Zoom Webinar) so that we can see each other at this month's presentation.

We would also like to broaden our virtual Houston community and engage with our neighboring Austin psychoanalytic community. In addition to the upcoming programs from the Houston Psychoanalytic Society and the Center for Psychoanalytic Studies listed below, you will find a list of upcoming programs from the Austin Psychoanalytic.

Lastly, we’d like to engage with the psychoanalytic thinking of our international colleagues. Below, you will also find a link to a free webinar produced by the International Psychoanalytical Association featuring an interview with the renowned Dr. Mark Solms on contemporary Drives Theory.
