Hoffman Newsletter: April 2015
hoffman... When you're serious about change

Dice Smiling

How are you feeling right now? On the Hoffman Process, we encourage people to stay connected to their feelings. Sometimes just naming the feeling can make us feel more present to who we are in the moment and when all four aspects of our being - intellect, body, spirit and emotions - are aligned and working in harmony, we are more effective in what we do and better equipped to achieve our goals.

In this month's issue, Manuela Berger, a young Hoffman Graduate from Switzerland, recalls how a breakthrough in understanding her feelings after the Hoffman Process helped her make a pivotal life decision.

If you're just finding out about Hoffman, you can attend our Introduction Day in Dublin  on Saturday April 25  or in London on Saturday May 9. We also have an Information Evening  in London on April 28.

Hoffman graduates can connect through our updated Local Support network, and, if you're in the London area, join us for our London Support Evening
on Wednesday April 22. We also have a Support Call on Wednesday April 8. Finally, remember to check out our  Hoffman Top Tip on how sharing feelings can help create harmony in the world .

When people ask you how you're feeling this month, try not to say 'fine' and see what a difference it makes!

With love from  The Hoffman Team

Manuela Berger
In her mid 20s, Manuela Berger realised that her successful career in Hospitality Management ticked everybody's boxes but her own. During a year off to get some clarity she did the Hoffman Process. At first she felt it hadn't 'worked' but then she found an unexpected new direction...

'I grew up as an expat child, moving homes, countries and often continents every two to three years. Originally Swiss, but having lived in Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Indonesia, Brazil, India and the United States, I saw the world as my oyster but I had no idea what I wanted...'

Hoffman Monthly Top Tip toptip

Next to love, compassion is the most profound connection we can have with another human being. When we are being compassionate, we open up to our own vulnerability. And, as we learn during the Process, to be vulnerable is to be loveable.

See if you can spot someone today who needs some compassion. By supporting those in need, you will become more open to the possibility of love in your own life.

Notice feelings that come up for you and write them down.

Until Next Month...
