Did you know you can participate in portions of this year’s Conference Annual Meeting either in person or virtually?
Although our hope is to have as many people as possible participate in person, we realize that may be a challenge for some. So, through the wonders of technology, we will be able to offer the plenary sections of CAM on Zoom.
Those sessions include:
- A Conference Conversation
Saturday, 8:30 - 9:30 am
- Plenary/Business Meeting I:
Reports, Nominations, and Vote on Bylaw updates
Saturday, 11 am – noon
- Plenary Business Meeting II:
Adoption of 2024 Budget,
State of the Conference Message from Tony,
Elections, and Installation
Saturday, 1:30 – 4:30 pm
Zoom participants will be able to interact with the sessions to offer real-time comments and vote (if they are registered as a delegate by their local church).
Pre-registration for virtual participation is required and includes a $10 registration fee. To register as a virtual participant, go to:

You can also access the virtual registration through the Conference website https://www.mnwcucc.org/ and select “Zoom Link for Virtual Guests” in the drop-down menu from “CAM” on the menu bar at the top of the page.
