Nick Kiniry is a Vice President for NFP’s Private Client Group in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Having lost a parent at a young age and then experienced a fire at his family home, Nick experienced different facets of insurance early in life. After graduating college in 2007, he shared his life experiences during an interview for a sales position at Liberty Mutual. He was assured by his soon-to-be boss that if he shared his personal experiences with people, he’d have success. For nearly 17 years, Nick has held various positions in leadership and production, all of which have informed his perspective today. Nick enjoys educating families on the importance of their insurance protections.

A lifelong learner, he is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Chartered Personal Risk Insurance Advisor (CPRIA) and is working to attain the Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance (CAPI) designation.

In February of 2022, I responded to a cold email from someone who I now consider a friend. Nick Kiniry sent that email just as the COVID-19 pandemic trauma was lifting. Since then our firm has referred Nick a number of clients who have all been well taken care of. I look forward to this discussion!
