UCSF Returns Native Cultural Items: In May, UCSF returned two masks identified as having originated from the ancestral homelands of the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ, areas also known as Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Representatives from UCSF Archives and Special Collections, Office of Diversity and Outreach, Community and Government Relations, the Clinical and Translational Science Institute, and the Native American Health Alliance hosted the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ Government at UCSF for a small private event to commemorate the international repatriation.
