Q: Why pay when you can barter?
A: The fees for a Masters club can add up quick: renting lane space, buying equipment, and more. But try bartering for those things rather than paying for them. Think of the resources and talents you have: coaching skills, organizational expertise, and technical knowledge of meet management software. Your swimmers also have skills in different areas. Aquatic facilities have many different needs your club can provide. Cull your resources and keep your wallet in your pocket.
