I ntegration of the 4 Styles-Adaptive Testing

The Circular Model shows the true continuous nature of DiSC.  Everyone has at least three priorities, and sometimes have four or five. The three words closest to the dot represents a person's primary priorities, and personalized striped shading indicates whether the individual stretches to include up to two priorities. The position of the dot indicates how inclined the individual is to demonstrate these behaviours. Adapting Testing provides a very precise profile factoring in additional priorities.  

Everything DiSC Comparison Report

Any two people can compare their DiSC profile. The system chooses 6 from 9 scales to compare to determine how two people will complement each other and identify the potential roadblocks. This is a great tool for co-workers to use to become more effective in working together. A direct supervisor can also use this to compare their style with their direct report. It is a great coaching tool.


Everything DiSC Group Culture Report

The circular representation of DiSC also allows participants to quickly gauge the composition of their group and see the implications of that composition. With the circular graph, the implications and applications of the information are visually apparent. And while there is a great deal of richness for the facilitator to add, participants can immediately begin to apply the information for themselves.
