As a professional hockey player and coach for over 30 years I was always searching to make myself and my players mentally stronger. I’ve been fortunate to work with some of the best people in all areas of professional hockey. In the process I have learned a very complete system based on brain science that optimizes the players mental strength which leads to better individual and team performance.
If you want to increase physical strength, you create a weight training program. Through brain science, the brain can be strengthened the same way. Brain science has documented that we can systematically grow or shrink certain areas of the brain.
