How To Prepare For Train-the-Trainer Next Week

We are very excited for your participation at Train-the-Trainer next week! Please read the following details in order to prepare for your trip:

Pre-Test Information

In preparation for the TTT event next week all participants are required to take a short pre-test to confirm login credentials and "test drive" the exam site.

*App Development attendees - You will NOT need to access NC3Certs.com*

The pre-test does NOT count as as grade, so do NOT take a lot of time to complete it. The quicker the better.

The pre-test is mainly for us to be sure you can access the NC3certs exam site and your login information is correct.

Please follow the instructions below to login and complete the pre-tests.

We are using the Train-the-Trainer Pre-Test as the "generic" exam to verify login information. Again, remember this is not for a grade, but to verify logins and site functionality for your user account.

To complete the Pre-Test:

Go to NC3certs.com

First Time Users:

Your username will be your full school email address and the default password will be: changeme

Existing Users:

Will use their full school email address and the password they last used (created) to access the exam site.

You can always use the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password (CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK EMAIL FOLDER).

Make Sure You've Completed Payment For Training

Once you are registered, you will receive an online invoice within 2-3 days. There are two payment options - you can pay directly online via your invoice, or mail in your check to NC3. If you have any questions about payment, please email Charlene Niewerth.

Book Your Lodging and Transportation

Airport: The nearest airport to West-MEC is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).

Car Rental: Although there may be opportunities to carpool, you will want to plan on arranging your own transportation and lodging for TTT 50.

Hotel Reservations: Our blocks with discounted rates at both Comfort Suites and Drury Hotels are now closed. There may still be rooms available but the price is subject to availability.

Bring Your Laptops

Please be sure to have your laptops with you, as you will need them to take your certification tests! (Chromebooks will work as well.)
