Good afternoon,

Minda Zetlin, self-styled "The Laid-Back Leader", often writes on topics related to relationships, a favorite subject of mine. Here she's discussing the importance of loving yourself

How Well Do You Treat Yourself?

Many, maybe most, people treat other people with far more love and care than they treat themselves, and we seldom think about it. Here's Minda's reminder to think about it.
  • Do you buy nicer things as gifts than you buy for yourself?
  • Do you beat yourself up internally over shortcomings that you readily forgive in others?
  • Do you take steps to distance yourself from toxic people? (More on this topic here - though I didn't remember it, this article of mine linked to another by Minda)
These questions invite us (yes,I'm as guilty as anyone) to think about some of the areas Minda addresses in her article on loving yourself. I highly recommend you follow the link to her article to see her other suggestions.

I'm totally in catch-up mode after my travel earlier this week to return home to Argentina following a wonderful visit with my family and friends in NH and PA. I'll refrain from further comment and invite you to enjoy Minda's suggestions. She speaks for herself extremely well.
