Welcome to Dominion Raceway & Entertainment at exit 118 off I-95 in Thornburg, VA! 

One of the most common questions asked here is "Do I need my own racecar or any racing experience to drive fast at your facility?" and the answer is NOT ALWAYS! 

Much of what's listed below is open to drivers with no experience and may be open to stock street cars.  Please click on individual links for more information. Then come GO FAST at DR!
DR Superkarts League Nights

Join the best kart racers around for close competition and arrive & drive fun on our 9hp Superkarts! Enjoy three or four sessions a night including several races - standing start, inverted grid, reverse direction, Supercourse or regular course. Run the first Thursday of the month, o pen to Superkart license holders only. 
Thursday Night Thrills (Oval)


A new street car racing series including Time Trials, Oval Drags, and maybe a Burnout Contest! Racers must be 18+ with a valid drivers license and cars must be street legal. Second & fourth Thursday of the month, racing starts around 7. Spectators & families welcome. 118 Bar and Grill will be open too!
Open Practice (Road Course)


Our "in house" track days for experienced drivers only, featuring just two run groups: racers in racecars or advanced track drivers & instructors in HPDE cars.  Alternating 30min sessions on track all day. Expect laid-back track time and lots of it!


DR Superkarts Enduros


Held with our friends from the Mid Atlantic Kart Enduro Series, these are two hour races from 6:30-8:30pm on Saturday nights with a standing start, for teams of 2+ drivers per kart. Pit stops and refueling will be mandatory. Novice racers are welcome!


Track Test Drive (Road Course)
 

Thanks to our buddies at  TrackDaze, this is the cheapest, easiest, and quickest way to get your street car out on our 2-mile/12-turn road course! Spirited touring sessions start at just $25, but for $99 can you get a high speed session with an instructor riding shotgun. No speed limits, just fast fun!

Friday Night Drift & Grip (Oval)


Drifting (untimed/exhibition) and grip (timed/autocros) runs under the lights on a combined oval & infield course! 118 Bar & Grill will be open. Family friendly - spectators welcome. Watch or drive... or both!
