October 2018
Greetings!

October ... when summer melts into fall, bringing crisp mornings, multi-colored leaves, and a moderating real estate market. My newsletter this month offers inspiration and ideas for a beautiful and bountiful season!

I have access to some new tools and technology that make tracking prevailing trends in our local housing market easier and more understandable. I've shared a few charts and measurements below that will demonstrate interesting comparisons among neighborhoods. Whether you are considering a move or making home improvements, this information provides useful insight. For a closer look at your city, subdivision, or school district just give me a call.

Fall is always a good time to give your home a Maintenance Checkup. I have compiled a comprehensive Fall Home Maintenance Checklist for you print, keep as a reference, or share with a neighbor. Please let me know if you have suggestions I can add to the list!

This month I've curated home decor ideas that are simple, affordable, and very doable. They are all inspired by the colors and elements of Autumn: leaves, acorns, corn, apples and, of course, pumpkins! And, so that you don't miss the brilliance of this colorful season, I gathered a great list of things to do and best places to go for your leaf-peeping pleasure. On a personal note, and in addition to my Halloween ideas, be sure and check out my article on one of my favorite holidays, The Day of the Dead .

P.S. And as always, if you like what you read here, please share it with a friend!
