But, with competition increasing, Valley Health System, a New Jersey-based provider, knew it had to go on the offense. The health system launched a campaign that helped crush awareness levels, inspire confidence among members of its target consumer market, and increase perception of its ability to treat the most serious conditions. During this session, we’ll review market research before and after the campaign launched and discuss the creative strategies used to cut through the clutter and win the hearts and minds of consumers.
