Meghan L. Marsac, Ph.D., is a pediatric psychologist at UK Healthcare and has developed a product called the Cellie Coping Kit to help pediatric patients and their families cope with and manage the challenges of dealing with a medical condition.
|

OTC will be hosting an OVALS Conference on June 14 bringing together university tech transfer, alumni and philanthropy offices to discuss how these areas can work together.
OTC is a member of the Ohio Valley Affiliates of Life Sciences along with the Indiana University, Ohio State University, Ohio University, University of Cincinnati, and the University of Louisville.

Ian McClure has been promoted to Executive Director.
Ian presented to the NIH/NIGMS in Bethesda on progress for the NIGMS IDeA Hub, Southeast XLerator Network. A website for the project will be launched soon.

WORLD IP DAY!
OTC hosted an open house on World Intellectual Property (IP) Day on Friday, April 26. The theme was Reach for Gold: IP and Sports.
We explored the many ways that intellectual property rights encourage innovation and creativity.
