UPDATE FROM OUR CEO

February 2025 Newsletter

Happy February Casper,

Thank you to everyone who attended our Quarterly Breakfast last month. It was great to not only hear from Annette Pitts and Shelby Kraus of Visit Casper, but to come together to celebrate 2024 wins and discuss what's ahead for economic development.

With that being said, Radiant has narrowed down it site selection to the Casper area, and we are working on finalizing the site they have selected. They plan to build a first-of-its-kind micro nuclear reactor that will generate up to a megawatt of power to be deployed all over the country and world from Natrona County.

Advance Casper has hosted several events to help get the word out. If you have any questions please reach out, and we will be sure to get you connected.

As always, please let our team know if there is any way we can be of service to you as we collectively grow Casper.

Sincerely,

Justin

The growth of this 203,000-square-foot manufacturing plant represents more than just a bigger footprint - it’s a testament to Mesa's dedication to innovation, reliability, and the communities they proudly serve.

Advance Casper is looking forward to watching the Mesa Solutions project come to life and have a positive impact on Casper for generations to come.

3. Casper's Historic Grant Street Grocery and Market Under New Ownership

Grant Street Grocery and Market has turned another chapter under new ownership. True Bakery founders, Bill Brockley Jr. & Emily Harris, purchased the historic, boutique market from Lindsey Grant and Susan Holmes last month, and the local community is elated to see the business passed to loving hands.

Bill and Emily plan to carry on the legacy of the charming staple and "let Grant Street be Grant Street" with elevated market goods, grab and go meals, and scratch-made fare. However, they're elated to adorn the menu with their famous sourdough bread recipes, house condiments and a surprise or two.

The next time you find yourself in the Big Tree area on lunch break, be sure to stop in and welcome them to the neighborhood.
