I wanted to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to everyone who joined us at our live Push For Your Tush events this year! After the last two years of the COVID-19 pandemic, it was so special to see the community unite together in person again. If you did not get a chance to attend our live events, you can join our Virtual PFYT which is on until August 28^th.

Your support allows us to continue our important work of providing patients, their families, and caregivers the guidance and tools needed so that they don’t have to face their cancer alone. Our patient support specialists emphasize the importance of total wellbeing and work with patients and caregivers to explore what that means to them and ensuring that they are connected to the appropriate resources.

Our team works tirelessly on ensuring access to high quality resources for our patients, caregivers and their loved ones. Join Chana Cohen, CCC's Patient Support Specialist, and our special guest Ilene Shiller, Program Manager at Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation on July 19th at 7pm EST as they explore the topics of stress, the need for self-care among cancer patients, types of self-care, barriers to self-care, and how to best overcomes these barriers.

Join Chana Cohen, CCC's Patient Support Specialist, and our special guest Dr. Katz, Certified Sexuality Counselor and Clinical Nurse Specialist at CancerCare Manitoba, on August 10th at 7pm EST as they explore the topic of oncofertility. Chana and Dr. Katz will discuss the impact of cancer treatments on fertility in men and women, when to seek oncofertility counselling, oncofertility resources by province, and more.
