DISCOVER WHAT THE CATHOLIC CHURCH
SAYS ABOUT POLITICS
A New Book from Ascension Press with an unbiased look
at politics from a Catholic perspective
Written with the Catechism and the deposit of faith as its primary sources,
this book does not say who to vote for,
but how to come to an individual decision.
- what are the Church's stances on political issues
- what is subject to individual opinion versus what is moral truth
- how to come to a voting decision in line with the Catholic Faith
- how Catholic tradition has contributed to a free and just society
- and so much more!
Who you vote for is a decision only you can make.
This book will give you the guidance you need to vote with a clear conscience.

RCIA STARTS ON SEPTEMBER 13
EMAIL BECKY: email@example.com
Sarah Christmyer came from a family
of pastors, missionaries, and ministers of all kinds.
When she married a Catholic who wasn’t practicing his faith,
everything went well for a while —
until they had their first child,
and her husband wanted their daughter to be baptized in the Catholic Church.
Eventually Sarah started the RCIA process to try and prove
to her husband that the Catholic Church was in error.
What she found instead was beauty, goodness and truth.
OUR FIRST CATHOLIC CATHEDRAL
IN THE UNITED STATES
The historic Baltimore Basilica, built from 1806-1821,
was the first great metropolitan cathedral
constructed in the United States
after the adoption of the Constitution.
America’s First Cathedral, officially known as the
Basilica of the National Shrine of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary,
quickly became a symbol of the country’s newfound religious freedom.
As the first Catholic Cathedral in the United States
and a Marian National Shrine,
the Basilica places all things under
the motherly guidance of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
