Welcoming our newest faculty member, vocalist Tyler Shore, a Music School alumnus!
We are thrilled to welcome award-winning professional singer and actor Tyler Shore to the faculty this year as our fourth alum now teaching at Concord Community Music School. As a new faculty member, he joins cellist Alana Chown -- who’s also new this year -- and faculty members and fellow alums Scott Kiefner, bass, and Liz Faiella, fiddle.

Click here for our faculty bios to see the extensive professional experience our alums bring from across North America, expanding our horizons with their energy and new ideas.
Already teaching voice lessons this fall, Tyler has designed three new Musical Theatre mini-courses to ease your wintertime blues! Register now for "Musical Theatre through the Ages," a 4-week course to take place in January; or, drop us an email to receive a reminder about the other two courses, which begin in February and last 8 weeks each:

Musical Theatre through the Ages: Stories and Vocal Styles
Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30pm, January 6-27 (4 weeks) - REGISTER HERE
How did we get from Oklahoma to Hamilton? Tyler explores the history of musical theatre, performs representative songs from each era, and demonstrates and explains shifts in vocal technique and style through the decades. Sing along with Tyler and experiment vocally in the privacy of your home, then share your questions and comments in the Chat and during the Q&A. For teens and adults.

Ace Your Audition!
Wednesdays, 4:00-5:30pm, February 3-March 24 (8 weeks)
Registration opens in January; please send an email to receive a reminder
Wish that you knew the nuances that separate a good audition from a great one? Tyler teaches you the ins-and-outs of how to perfect an audition through a curated blend of lessons, mock auditions, and workshops. For teens and adults.
Zoom Your Way to the Musical Theatre Stage!
Fridays, 3:00-4:00pm February 5-March 26 (8 weeks)
Registration opens in January; please send an email to receive a reminder
Craving the joy of musical theatre? Us too! Join this class to learn and master multiple popular musical theatre numbers. We'll “create a cast” on Zoom and record a spectacular musical experience remotely...then Tyler will stitch together a grand performance for all to enjoy! For students 4th-12th grade.

NOTE: These courses are all available for "gifting"! For info, contact Kristin at registrar@ccmusicschool.org.
