We ARE making a difference in the community!
At  H.O.P.E. for Animals  it is our MISSION to eliminate the preventable euthanasia of companion animals and community cats by providing
high-quality low-cost spay/neuter and wellness services, by supporting rescue and by promoting responsible pet ownership.

Pet overpopulation is a solvable problem. Thank you for being part of the solution by Spaying It Forward.
We want to give you a HUGE thank you! After gathering online and in-clinic donations, including the match from

Cold Weather Pet Safety
It's that time of year again. Cold weather, snowy streets, and your pet depending on you for comfort and safety. Cold weather, much like hot weather, poses many risks that a pet parent should be aware of.

AVMA provided tips on how to practice cold weather safety
with your pet(s).

H.O.P.E. for Animals Reaches Milestone in Our Community;
Thousands of Lives Saved
H.O.P.E. for Animals reaches 80,000 spay/neuter surgeries as we are approaching the end of the year!

“In 2018 alone, H.O.P.E. has provided over 10,000 surgeries to animals in need. Since opening our doors in 2010, we have provided over 80,000 surgeries and our community has seen a tremendous reduction in the number of homeless animals ending up in our
local shelters – nearly 40% less animals! It is such a great thing to be a part of,” says Tyna Reiter, Community Outreach Coordinator for H.O.P.E. for Animals. “Most people are aware that our doors are open to all pet owners—anyone can take advantage of the
low-cost services we provide. But many people may not know that H.O.P.E. also offers assistance options for those families who might not otherwise be able to afford basic veterinary care for their pets. Spay/neuter and vaccines are so important, and we are grateful that we can be here to help those families in need.”

How We Help Pets & People In Need
"My 7-month-old German Shepherd puppy named Bailey was spayed at H.O.P.E. for Animals today and was highly anxious and scared at drop-off. I mean TERRIFIED.
The staff was compassionate and understanding and did everything they could to
make her as comfortable as possible! They even asked that I go in the back to help
get her into a cage. When I picked her up, they allowed me to take her out through a
back door so she wouldn’t have to go through the lobby around the other dogs and deal with that anxiety again. It really meant a lot to me that they did everything they could to make her comfortable and they were all so nice! I highly recommend them, and encourage everyone to make donations to help keep them open! They’re doing great things for our community and genuinely care about every animal they serve!"

Brenda - You Will Be Dearly Missed.
An amazing and strong woman passed away on Friday morning, 10/26/18.

so many people, especially all of us
here at H.O.P.E.
