Greetings!
Thank you to our supporters, Challenge Air had its best Giving Day ever--- raising over $52,000!
The year 2020 will go down in the history books as a time that Americans did the best they could in the midst of a pandemic that virtually stopped “normal” activities. Who knew in early 2020 when Challenge Air was planning their annual Fly Day calendar that we would have to cancel many of our Fly Days? Thank you for continuing to do your best for us. We are committed to doing our best for the future of Challenge Air as well.
Challenge Air was founded on the belief that even when faced with challenges, if you believe you can do it, you are half way there. When our founder Rick passed away in 1997, friends and family promised to keep Challenge Air alive and well. When the financial crisis hit in 2008, Challenge Air had to make significant changes by reducing staff and decreasing the number of fly days offered. But we never stopped flying kids!
Once again we are faced with challenging times. Challenge Air will prevail over this pandemic and our special co-pilots will learn that “if they can fly an airplane, they can do anything!” Thank you, again, for believing in our mission and for helping us provide hope to the kids through amazing program benefits. Without your support, there is no Challenge Air.
