How can we tune into our emotions to overcome uncertainty and instability in our lives? Participants will be guided by the JCS Prevention & Wellness Education team to explore emotional regulation, resiliency, mindfulness, and self-empowerment in order to help them navigate their personal journeys toward mastering their emotions.
