do you pronounce that? Po-vit-uh-kuh? Poh-veets-a? No, we say
po-va-teets-sa. But however you say it, it's delicious. There was
a great article about povitica in the Lawrence Journal World. The article describes at length
this wonderful Eastern European treat and mentions Signs of Life as

As we gear up for another big season of providing Lawrence with

Povitica has been a staple at family holiday gatherings for
generations. Making it at home was incredibly time consuming, so
