We can experience less struggle when we see clearly the problem and take steps to see it through. On our own, we try to understand. We hone in, bringing energy to support its resolution until we are free. Is it possible to be free from our thoughts, our mind and our fears? I have helped many redefine their relationships and rewrite their stories with the clarity and empowerment that comes with self-love. When we truly love ourselves, we can travel the ups and downs that come our way.
