How the heck ARE you?

Like many of you, my friends, I am enjoying seeing your faces in person again! In a few of my recent IN PERSON events, I realized that things are coming to life again, and that there have been some developments in my world that I thought you should know about! I’ve put together a short, bullet-point list, but please feel free to reach out to us if you’d like to learn more!

• Rates have improved quite a bit since pre-COVID. We are seeing IRRs in the 4% range! We are SUPER excited about this!! We haven’t seen rates this good in over a decade!!

• We can now help anyone you know (clients, friends, families, neighbors) with a tax-deferred structured settlement annuity for the sale of a business or property!

• Keep an eye out for anyone trying to convince you to structure with any life/annuity company that does not have a rating from at least two of the following agencies: A.M. Best, Standard & Poor’s, Moody’s, and Fitch. We only use companies that have ratings from two or more of these agencies.
