Nearly two years ago, I gave a presentation at the Kent County Economic Summit on change — economic disruption — and the need to be nimble, speedy, and flexible. This mindset is important to businesses of every size and industry, and includes policymakers who oversee the delivery of public services. Adaptation is key to survival.
